StreeDhara is a small handloom saree buyer working across 12 weaving traditions in India. We are not a mill and not a marketplace. We buy finished pieces one at a time, from the people who wove them, and we sell them without pretending they are anything other than what they are.
That means a short shelf, no restocks, and a price that reflects months of loom time rather than a print run. It also means the irregularities stay in.
This site is a portfolio demonstration. The catalogue, the studio address and the contact details are illustrative, and no sale can be made through it.

A Kanjivaram in a border you remember. A Jamdani in a colour we do not stock. Loom time varies by cluster and by how complex the design is, and we will give you an estimate before anything is warped.
