This site is a portfolio demonstration. It sells nothing, takes no payment and operates no studio at the address below. The policy is written as a working shop's policy would be, and the technical description of what the site does and does not collect is accurate for this build as it stands.

This site has no sign-up, no account and no basket. It sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's storage, which is set out in full in the cookie policy.
The contact form does not submit anything to us. It assembles the text you have typed and hands it to your own WhatsApp or mail application, where you decide whether to press send. Nothing you type is transmitted anywhere, stored on a server or seen by us unless you send it yourself, and closing the page discards it. We ask only for a name and a message; an email address is optional and there is no field for a postal address or a phone number.
There is no analytics script on this site, and no third-party script of any kind. We do not measure you across pages, we do not build a profile, and nothing is stored on your device, which is why you are not asked for consent to a banner.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period for security and abuse prevention. Cloudflare runs a global network, so your request may be handled in a data centre outside India. These are Cloudflare's operational logs; we do not use them to identify or track visitors.
If you message us on WhatsApp, email us or call, we keep that conversation, your contact details and any notes about what you are looking for. We use it only to answer you and to complete a sale. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and performance of a contract once you buy something.
WhatsApp is operated by Meta. When you message us there, Meta processes that message under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
We share personal data only with parties who need it to do a job for us:

Enquiry conversations are kept for two years from the last message. Sales records are kept for eight years because Indian tax law requires it. We hold no analytics data at all.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to data portability, and to complain to your national supervisory authority. Write to support@streedhara.com and we will reply within 30 days.
If you think we have mishandled your information, write to support@streedhara.com. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and to resolve within 30 days. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or, if you are in the EU or UK, to your national supervisory authority.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the home page for at least 30 days.
